Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 September 2026 · Quarry Software Pty Ltd (Sydney, Australia)

Agreement

By using xtrude (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided by Quarry Software Pty Ltd (“Quarry”, “we”, “us”). Contact: hello@treyha.com.

The Service

xtrude lets you upload a photo and receive an interactive 3D reconstruction (currently a colored point cloud) in your browser. The product is early / free while we build; features, quality, and availability may change without notice.

Your content & licence

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the reconstruction result for that request. At launch we do not keep user uploads or outputs after processing completes (see our Privacy Policy).

You must only upload content you have the rights to use, and that does not violate law or third-party rights. You must not upload illegal, exploitative, or abusive material.

Acceptable use & limits

Fair-use and abuse controls apply, including a daily reconstruction limit per IP / browser (default 10 / UTC day). We may throttle, suspend, or refuse requests that threaten the Service, other users, or our providers.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. Reconstruction quality varies by photo; outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quarry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you cannot waive under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of NSW have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves (for example when accounts, paid plans, or persistent storage launch). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
